Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive / Backend Analyst for a full-time position in an MNC environment based in Delhi/NCR. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who can interpret large datasets, multitask efficiently, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reports and interactive dashboards (using Power BI/Tableau) to visualize data trends.
• Manage end-to-end data quality processes including cleaning, validation, and verification.
• Analyze product data to identify actionable insights for business growth.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills, VBA/Macros, SQL Analytics, Python, and Tableau for complex reporting tasks.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Excel (Advanced), SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
