Key Responsibilities:

• Build APIs & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and server-side logic to power web applications.
• Manage Databases: Set up and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), write efficient queries, and ensure data security and integrity for scalable systems.
• Debug & Optimize: Troubleshoot server-side issues, fix bugs, and optimize application performance in a remote work environment.

Collaboration Skills Required:

• Code Management: Use Git and GitHub to manage version control, push backend updates, and participate in code reviews with the core team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You are passionate about backend development and eager to learn. A computer science degree is not strictly required if you have a solid grasp of server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP.

• Databases: Familiarity with relational (SQL) or non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with backend frameworks (Express, Django, Spring Boot), API testing tools like Postman, and basic cloud deployment are highly valued.
