About the Program

This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it's an open collaboration program designed for aspiring backend developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you.

What You'll Do

• Build APIs & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and server-side logic to power web applications.
• Manage Databases: Set up and manage databases, write efficient queries, and ensure data security and integrity.
• Debug & Optimize: Troubleshoot server-side issues, fix bugs, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate on Code: Use Git and GitHub to manage version control, push backend updates, and participate in code reviews with the team.

Who You Are

Passionate about backend development and eager to learn (no specific computer science degree required). Solid grasp of at least one server-side programming language (such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP).
