Back End Developer

About the Role: Seeking a Backend Developer to build scalable, high-performance applications that power modern digital products. This role demands expertise in designing APIs, developing distributed systems, and optimizing databases. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining backend applications, building robust RESTful APIs and microservices, and ensuring secure, reliable backend services that scale with business growth. You will collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance. Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or C# is required, along with experience in Spring Boot, Express.js, FastAPI, or similar frameworks. Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential. Familiarity with caching technologies, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and exposure to high-traffic applications is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, along with 3–8 years of backend development experience, is required.
