Back End Developer

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Ownership: Architect, implement, deploy, and maintain backend features from concept to production.
• Code & Architecture: Develop robust, scalable services using Java, Node.js, Kafka, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Redis, and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Data Management: Design and optimize queries for both relational and NoSQL databases, implementing efficient caching strategies.
• Observability: Implement logging, metrics, and tracing to ensure high system reliability.
• Cloud Exposure: Leverage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) with opportunities for prior experience holders.
• Agile & DevOps: Participate in sprint-based agile teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java or Node.js with Spring Boot/Kafka knowledge.
• Strong grasp of SQL, NoSQL, caching (Redis), and observability tools.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end development lifecycle and production deployments.
