To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• AWS Certifications, specifically AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Proven experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• A strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud architecture and management.
• Experience with Debt Manager 11 or comparable COTS products.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and financial applications.
• Skills in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology will be assessed.

Accountabilities

• Lead engineering teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, achieving project goals and organizational objectives.
• Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization for successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Mentor and support team members' professional development through performance reviews, feedback, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.
• Collaborate with business partners, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring a cohesive product development approach.
• Enforce technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
