Full Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AWS Connect Developer with 2–7 years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, cloud-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions using Amazon Connect.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Architecting advanced contact flows, routing profiles, IVR systems, and integrating with AWS services like Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, and Kinesis.
- Building robust serverless components in Python or Node.js and managing API integrations for CRM and telephony (SIP trunking, PSTN).
- Led requirement gathering, driving test strategies (SIT/UAT), production support, and mentoring junior developers on Amazon Connect best practices.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Amazon Connect operations and omni-channel customer experience metrics.
- Proven integration of conversational AI using Amazon Lex and generative AI capabilities.
- Solid understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, VoIP) and CRM integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
- AWS Certification preferred. Agile delivery environment experience essential.
