Role Overview
Join the AVEVA Process Simulation team as a Model Engineer in Hyderabad. You will use your chemical engineering expertise to build reusable models of process equipment within our integrated APS platform (design, simulation, training, and operations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development & Testing: Define governing equations for chemical processes, develop corresponding models in AVEVA Process Simulation (APS), and execute comprehensive tests to verify accuracy.
- Product Testing & Automation: Develop test plans/cases for PROII software; design automated scripts/frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with product managers/architects to refine requirements.
- Customer Support: Troubleshoot customer-reported issues, provide technical support, and develop workarounds/solutions.
