AV Technology Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an AV Technology Specialist to support our IRCAD North America operations. This role provides operational and technical support for video collaboration services, telehealth technologies, digital media platforms, livestream broadcasting, video conferencing, and in-room audiovisual systems while collaborating on system integrations and surgical education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End AV Operations: Oversee all audio-visual systems to ensure seamless functionality across livestream broadcasting, video conferencing, and in-room AV setups.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on and remote support for AV systems including setup, maintenance, real-time issue resolution, and Mac/PC based presentations.
• System Integration: Collaborate with vendors such as Stryker, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, J&J, Proximie to coordinate AV hardware needs and system integration for surgical training environments.
• Strategic Collaboration: Enable telepresence, video segmentation, and bi-directional broadcasting initiatives for surgical education.
