About the Role
Atrium Health seeks an AV Technology Specialist to provide operational and technical support for audiovisual systems across its nonprofit integrated health system. This role focuses on clinical innovation, specifically supporting surgical training environments through advanced video collaboration, telehealth technologies, and digital media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:End-to-End AV Operations: Oversee all audio-visual systems to ensure seamless functionality for livestream broadcasting, video conferencing, and in-room setups. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver hands-on and remote support for AV infrastructure, including Mac/PC presentations and real-time issue resolution. System Integration: Collaborate with major medical technology vendors (e.g., Stryker, Medtronic, Boston Scientific) to coordinate hardware needs and system integration for surgical training environments. Strategic Collaboration: Enable telepresence, video segmentation, and bi-directional broadcasting initiatives to advance surgical education programs.
