In this role, you will leverage your minimum 5 years of IT automation testing experience to design, develop, and execute robust automation scripts using Selenium C# and the Page Object Model (POM) framework. Your expertise in programming languages like Python and API Automation will be crucial. You will possess a strong understanding of the complete testing lifecycle, from user story analysis to closure and signoff. This position involves leading automation initiatives, mentoring junior team members in automation best practices, and managing both functional and hybrid testing roles within an Agile Scrum environment. Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for efficient distributed testing is essential. You will work extensively with Microsoft technologies and Azure Cloud, utilizing these platforms to enhance our testing capabilities. Experience with DevOps tools like GIT and Azure DevOps (ADO) is required to streamline development and testing workflows. Hands-on experience in API and database testing is a must, along with familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO). Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and technical teams, is key to ensuring seamless integration of testing activities. A strong understanding of Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) and Agile Scrum methodologies will enable you to contribute effectively in our fast-paced setting.
