Automation Tester

GoPaisa.com is seeking a full-time Automation Tester (Performance & Quality Engineer) to join its team at its Noida office. This on-site role focuses on ensuring the quality and performance of our platform through comprehensive testing strategies. Responsibilities include designing and executing manual and automated test cases, conducting rigorous quality assurance checks, performing in-depth API testing, and guaranteeing consistent application performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs, ultimately enhancing system reliability and functionality through automation. The primary objective of this role is to elevate product quality, accelerate release cycles, and optimize system performance by integrating automation into testing processes, validating APIs and workflows, and embedding testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.
• Execute performance, load, and stress testing using tools like JMeter or Locust.
• Conduct thorough API testing and validation via Postman or custom automation scripts.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Perform functional, regression, and release validation testing.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of Manual Testing principles and Python automation scripting.
• Proficiency in API testing and experience with performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of system scalability and CI/CD methodologies.
• Familiarity with Docker or other containerized environments.
