About the Role

Join Skyward as an Automation Test Engineer to support the development of an AI/ML platform leveraging generative AI for CMS. You will design scalable automated test frameworks for web apps, APIs, and AI-driven features.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop pipelines for model validation, bias detection, and drift monitoring in ML-based systems.
• Create comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and AI-specific testing strategies.
• Partner with engineers to create datasets simulating real-world behavior and edge cases.
• Implement CI/CD-integrated quality gates ensuring reliability and fairness metrics are met for releases.
• Mentor junior engineers in intelligent automation best practices.
• Advocate for ethical AI standards within cross-functional discussions on responsible AI.
