Automation Test Engineer (Fully Remote)

Join a top US MNC building modern cloud-native applications used by millions. You will build scalable test automation frameworks that improve software quality and accelerate release cycles while collaborating with distributed engineering teams worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing for web, mobile, APIs, and enterprise apps using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Create scripts covering functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end scenarios in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Automate API testing with Postman, Rest Assured, Karate to ensure backend validation.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) for continuous delivery.
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with devs/product managers on resolution within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

You need 3+ years of automation experience. You must be proficient in modern frameworks (Cypress/Playwright/Appium), API tools (Rest Assured/Karate), CI/CD platforms, and Git version control. Strong analytical skills for debugging are essential.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Familiarity with performance testing (JMeter) or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• BDD experience (Cucumber/SpecFlow) and knowledge of microservices architectures.
