Full Job Description
Role Overview
You will lead the Automation CoE at Mondelēz International, overseeing business-critical automation solutions (RPA, No/Low Code) and developing bespoke Pro Code applications. This role requires managing a team of developers with 5+ years of leadership experience to drive digital transformation across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Enterprise processes using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain reliability and stability of live solutions on platforms like Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, Pega, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead in-house design and development of low-code and pro-code solutions for unique business use cases using the Microsoft stack and open-source frameworks.
- Strategize solution lifecycles from conceptualization to support, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Mentor developers, define coding standards, and foster an Agile mindset within 8-12 week sprints.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical: Proficiency in Python, SQL, VB Scripting, REST APIs, JavaScript frameworks, AI/ML models, OCR extraction, Process Mining tools, and UI/UX design. Strong understanding of VDI, Server, and Cloud environments.
Experience: Minimum 15+ years total experience (including ~5+ in automation/solution delivery and ~5+ in Pro Code development). Must have led a developer team for at least 5 years. B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science required; Tier 1 MBA preferred.
