Job Opportunity: Automation Engineer (AI/Gen AI Focus) in Gurgaon/Gurugram

Orange Business Services is seeking passionate Junior AI/Gen AI Engineers to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. You will be instrumental in developing and deploying innovative AI-driven solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and cutting-edge cloud technologies.

In this role, you will contribute to building scalable, intelligent systems powered by the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on creating impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/Gen AI solutions leveraging technologies such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Google Gen AI.
• Design, build, and deploy sophisticated applications including chatbots, RAG pipelines, code generators, and smart assistants.
• Integrate APIs and cloud services (hyperscalers) to ensure seamless and efficient solution delivery.
• Collaborate on the development of fast, responsive user interfaces (e.g., React forms, Streamlit dashboards) powered by AI backends.
• Work with modern vector databases like Pinecone and Milvus, as well as cloud-native ML tools.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Podman), and monitoring for deployed solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates possess hands-on experience with Generative AI, ML model deployment, vector databases, and a solid understanding of DevOps or API development principles.

Required Skills:

• Programming: Python (essential), SQL
• Gen AI/ML Tools: LangChain, OpenAI/GPT-4, CrewAI, Whisper, RAG pipelines
• ML/DS Concepts: Classification models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Vector Embeddings
• Frameworks: Fast API, Flask, Django (beneficial)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Pinecone/Milvus
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• DevOps: Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions

Preferred Skills:

• Basic UI development skills in React or Streamlit for internal tools.
• Familiarity with voice-based systems or chatbot user experience (UX).
• Exposure to domain-specific Generative AI use cases.
