Automation AI Engineer - Gurgaon/Gurugram

Cradlepoint is looking for an experienced Automation AI Engineer with strong practical skills in RPA Blue Prism to join our team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of RPA design, development, and deployment, with hands-on experience in tools like Blue Prism and Power Automate (for both attended and unattended automation). A background in Python and a proactive interest in exploring Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI concepts to enhance our automation solutions will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions utilizing Blue Prism and Power Automate (attended & unattended).
• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify automation opportunities and maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive automation solutions.
• Develop reusable automation components featuring robust exception handling and logging.
• Integrate RPA solutions with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create custom automation scripts or utilities using VBA where appropriate.
• Prepare thorough documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and deployment artifacts.
• Stay abreast of the latest best practices in RPA, low-code platforms, and AI integration.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering successful RPA solutions across diverse business functions.
• Proficiency in Blue Prism and practical experience with Power Automate.
• Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP) within automation workflows.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools.
• Exposure to Python, OpenAI, or other GenAI services.
• Experience in building agentic AI solutions for intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of the Power Apps Platform, including Power Apps and Dataverse.
