Auth Create Analyst

Role Objective: The primary goal of this position is to ensure accurate and timely billing of medical accounts, thereby minimizing rejections from payers. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately process medical accounts according to US medical billing standards within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Effectively process payer rejections with precision and within defined TAT.
• This role operates in a 24/7 environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

• A graduate degree from a recognized educational institution is required.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

Skill Set:

• A solid understanding of the healthcare industry is necessary.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid processes is required.
• Ability to foster positive working relationships with team members, peers, and seniors.
