What role will you play (Key Responsibilities)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on scaling brands and driving measurable growth. In this Asst Manager / Senior Executive/Executive role, you will:

1. Own and lead the overall performance marketing strategy across all digital channels.
2. Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms.
3. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven decisions.
4. Manage and optimize SEM, PPC, display, and paid social campaigns to maximize ROI.
5. Lead budget planning, allocation, and forecasting across channels.
6. Build and manage full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention).
7. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
8. Oversee email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing strategies for lifecycle engagement.
9. Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
10. Drive A/B testing strategies across creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
11. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior.
12. Optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
13. Lead, mentor, and manage the performance marketing team and external agencies.
14. Present performance insights and growth strategies to leadership.
