Associate Web Developer

Location: Delhi / Noida, Uttar Pradesh | Work Mode: Hybrid (In person options available) | Experience Level: Fresher to 3 Years

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Web Developer in the National Capital Region (Delhi/NCR). Join our team to build responsive, user-friendly websites using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications for diverse clients.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Leverage HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern development tools to implement features.
• Collaborate with designers and senior developers on feature implementation in a team setting.
• Debug performance issues and ensure cross-browser compatibility across devices.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies while contributing to ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fundamental proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Conceptual understanding of responsive web design principles for mobile-first development.
• Github/Git version control familiarity is advantageous.
• Basic exposure to React.js or similar frontend frameworks preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science/IT preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Portfolio showcasing personal web development projects is a significant advantage.
