SaT (Strategy and Transactions) - Government and Public Sector Transactions Services: This practice is part of EY's GPS Services, uniting experts from assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services to serve government and public sector organizations. We combine private sector best practices with an understanding of public sector needs to improve public services. The SaT practice, within EY's Transaction Advisory Services, works with leading businesses across industries, offering implementable strategies based on the firm's sector depth, transaction insights, and operational expertise. Our experience spans sectors including Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory, Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities, and Public Finance & Management.

SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory: Our Strategy and Transactions services empower clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future. Utilizing our Capital Agenda framework, we assist clients with complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges. We partner with corporates, private equity firms, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions to address key financial issues, from portfolio reviews and capital allocation to financial planning and decision support. Our team enhances capital allocation through expert analytics and tools, helping clients manage risk/return trade-offs for better financing and capital efficiency decisions. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) offer five distinct go-to-market approaches—Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshaping Results—all supported by Connected Capital Technologies, to drive competitive advantage and increased returns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Technical Excellence:

• Support engagement management for efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with marketing pitches.
• Independently manage financial modeling.
• Conduct data analysis, financial analysis, and modeling.
• Perform market research (primary and secondary).
• Utilize advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Thrive in relatively unstructured situations.
• Possess experience in Tourism and Culture.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, including report writing.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills.
• Possess strong financial modeling skills.
• Be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preference for candidates with Big 4 experience.

• Masters/PhD in a relevant field.

Experience:

• 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
