Associate Technical Recruiter

This is not a traditional HR recruiter position. If you seek a standard 9–6 role with minimal targets or low-pressure work, this role may not be ideal for you.

Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the entire technical hiring process, including:

• Sourcing high-quality technical candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, ResDex, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conducting structured telephonic interviews with company-provided frameworks, evaluating candidates on technical fundamentals, experience relevance, and role fit.
• Engaging with 35–40 candidates daily through outbound calls for screening, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships to reduce drop-offs.
• Managing interview coordination, ensuring high candidate attendance, and maintaining accurate updates in internal hiring systems.
• Handling candidate negotiations confidently to close offers and reduce dropouts.
• Taking full ownership of assigned roles, timelines, and meeting quality and speed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily sourcing of 15+ high-quality technical profiles using advanced Boolean search and talent mapping.

• Utilizing AI tools (GPT-based systems) to enhance resume quality and candidate summaries.

• Maintaining high responsiveness to candidates and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to stretch and meet critical hiring targets with high accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT hiring).
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, and ResDex.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Comfort with high-volume candidate conversations.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• High ownership mindset and accountability.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and performance-driven.
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflows.
