About the Role

Tracxn seeks an Associate Technical Program Manager (TPM) to collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams. Your role will involve analyzing extensive datasets to identify trends and issues, ensuring the successful execution of data-driven projects. This position combines data analysis, critical problem-solving, and effective cross-team coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals passionate about data and structured project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and problem areas, transforming these insights into practical actions.
• Aid in program planning and execution through task breakdown, action item tracking, and ensuring diligent follow-through.
• Oversee execution, manage timelines, dependencies, and identify/mitigate risks to guarantee timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Diagnose data-related or workflow challenges and partner with relevant teams to implement resolutions and ensure project completion.
• Monitor project progress through structured updates, dashboards, and reports, providing clear visibility to all stakeholders.
• Identify recurring patterns or gaps in data and operational processes and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

What Were Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, program management, operations, or a related field.
• A strong aptitude for working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities to articulate findings to both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with Python and/or SQL is advantageous.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, data-intensive work environment.
