Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Tech Specialist – Frontend (Angular 15+) to join our team. This role involves contributing to a large, existing production Angular application rather than starting from scratch.
Location & Work Model:
- Pune (Baner) / Remote
Experience Required:
6 to 8 Years.
Required Skills & Experience
- Angular 15+: Proficiency with versions 17–20 highly preferred.
- TypeScript: Strong command of the language.
- RxJS: Expertise in Observables, HTTP interceptors, and subscription management within class-based components.
- Angular Material: Ability to build and customize UI components.
- Reactive Forms: Experience with nested FormGroups and custom validators.
- Unit Testing: Proficiency with Karma / Jasmine.
- SCSS: Skilled in styling and maintaining stylesheets at scale.
Essential: Proven experience working within large, existing Angular codebases; comfortable ramping up on mature applications.
Nice to Have Skills
- Cypress (end-to-end testing).
- Familiarity with modern Angular 20 APIs: standalone components, input(), inject(), OnPush change detection, and signals.
- S3 file uploads and image handling experience.
- i18n / internationalization (ngx-translate or similar).
- Sentry for error monitoring and reporting.
Work Schedule Requirements
Candidates must be flexible to work between 7 PM to 10:30 PM IST as customer calls occur during these hours. Additionally, every three months, the employee is required to stay beyond midnight for five days to attend Planning Increment meetings.
