Associate Staff Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Staff Engineer to lead the development of scalable Python backend services and agentic AI workflows. This role requires strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) for building enterprise dashboards and real-time applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Design and deploy autonomous agents capable of reasoning, data retrieval, decision-making, and task execution across complex business systems like SAP and Microsoft Graph.
• Workflow Orchestration: Build multi-step AI workflows using LLMs, function calling, and tool orchestration to automate enterprise processes such as document processing, reporting, and approval management.
• Full-Stack Engineering: Develop robust Python APIs for backend logic while creating intuitive frontend interfaces with React/Next.js for real-time user interactions.
• Prompt & System Design: Engineer system prompts, define tool schemas, and optimize agent behavior to ensure accurate, secure responses in production environments.
• Integration & Security: Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms (SharePoint, databases) adhering to SSO authentication, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong Python expertise for building scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Proven hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and tool usage.
- Proficiency in React or Next.js for responsive dashboards and interactive UIs.
- Familiarity with cloud/on-prem deployment, containerization, and enterprise security protocols.
Nice to Haves:Experience with GitHub Copilot/Cursor, RAG implementations (vector databases), and building internal automation platforms.
