Associate Staff Engineer

We are seeking an Associate Staff Engineer, Data Analyst with over 5 years of experience in data analysis. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, including dashboards, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration with Power BI is essential, along with a solid understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Candidates should possess a strong grasp of security, governance, and performance optimization, along with experience in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate is also expected. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial for working effectively with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional requirements and client needs to define project solutions.
• Envision and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks for solutions.
• Determine and implement design methodologies and toolsets.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development.
• Support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create, understand, and validate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimations.
• Address issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations for team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
• Propose and justify solutions for design and code review feedback.
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate design and technology choices.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
