Job Title: Associate Specialist - Market Access Insights

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Mandatory Skills: Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Knowledge of regulatory bodies, Basic working knowledge of IT and automation concepts.

Job Responsibilities:

• University degree holder in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Basic knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA), with familiarity in HTA bodies such as C2H/HIRA/CDE/NICE/ACE.
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies like PMDA (Japan)/MFDS (Korea)/NMPA (China) and reimbursement agencies such as NRDL (China)/MHLW (Japan).
• Basic to working knowledge of IT and automation concepts, with a strong willingness to upskill in AI, automation, and digital tools to support ongoing operational transformation initiatives.
• Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal and team-working abilities.
• Strong written, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge effectively.
• An effective team player with strong time management skills.
