Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to play a key role in DevOps for the BnE platform. You will design, develop, and implement new features while maintaining existing software performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with the team to design and launch new features for Noida-based teams
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
• Achieve effective communication between technical support colleagues and management in Uttar Pradesh or remote settings
• Participate in our agile development process, specifically using Scrum methodology
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives related to work location, team assignments, schedules, and flexible arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in software engineering
• Experience with backend API development using Java/Spring Boot
• Mastery of MySql, MongoDB and experience designing and maintaining databases for scalable applications
• Proven experience as a Lead/Sr Software Engineer or similar role (Senior Level)
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications and DevOps practices
• Solid proficiency with Spring, Spring boot, Java, JavaScript and familiarity with React/Angular
• Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to health tech optimization in India/global markets
• Demonstrated solid team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams
• Proven quick learner who is excited about learning new programming languages and technologies, particularly within the Optum/UnitedHealth Group ecosystem
