Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Software Engineer - Salesforce to support development, deployment, and maintenance across Production and non-Production environments. This role is ideal for candidates with Salesforce experience eager to expand their technical expertise in Communities and application support.
About the Role
You will work closely with Platform senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality Salesforce solutions and operational support within a regulated environment using tools like Artemis (Clinical Artwork tool).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Production and non-Production Salesforce environments.
- Leverage hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura and/or LWC) and core configuration capabilities.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms like Veeva using MuleSoft, monitoring APIs, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Assist in developing Visualforce pages and Lightning components within Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
- Participate in proof-of-concept activities for emerging capabilities, including AI/ML use cases.
- Resolve routine support tickets, defects, and ensure timely stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities during code reviews and governance processes.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, stand-ups).
- Maintain solutions following best practices for scalability and maintainability.
- Integrate Single sign-on systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra and configure workflows with email notifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree: With 2-4 years of experience in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Administrator/App Builder and SAFe Agile preferred.

- Willingness to learn in a dynamic environment with good problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work with QA, compliance, validation, and security teams.
