Full Job Description
Join Anaplan's Core Resource Management (CRM) team in Gurugram as an Associate Software Engineer and contribute to building and maintaining our critical Kubernetes-powered platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact using Rust to engineer robust and elegant solutions. You will be instrumental in strategically important, fast-paced projects focused on:
- Cost optimization for tracking and right-sizing customer resource utilization.
- Event streaming for monitoring and responding to customer actions within the Anaplan ecosystem.
- Ensuring the unwavering reliability and scalability of the Anaplan platform to support heavy customer workloads.
We are seeking a talented engineer with a passion for software engineering and a proven ability to build reliable, scalable, and testable applications. You should be a quick learner with the enthusiasm and drive to produce production-ready code, release it, and support it effectively. Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent.
- A demonstrable track record of contributing to complex projects.
- Hands-on experience with deploying and maintaining services in live environments (DevOps) is highly desirable.
Technology Stack:
- Rust: Daily usage; prior exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Kubernetes: Deep integration and daily work from the start.
- Helm: Essential for deploying Kubernetes applications.
- Grafana: Experience with observability tools is beneficial.
- Jenkins: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins is helpful.
