Role Overview
Join AutomotiveMastermind as an Associate Software Engineer to help U.S. automotive dealers leverage AI and behavior prediction analytics for improved sales and customer retention.
Your Impact
As a key member of our agile team, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack solutions using modern technologies like Java and React.js. You'll collaborate directly with architects, product owners, and technical leads to deliver high-quality applications in the automotive domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, estimate, test, and implement robust software solutions within an agile framework.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java enterprise technologies.
- Build responsive modern web interfaces with React.js, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
- Support full-stack development including database integration (SQL) and RESTful API consumption/building.
- Participate in cloud-native architecture on AWS platforms (Lambda, S3, EKS).
- Drive CI/CD adoption, build automation, and deployment pipeline improvements using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine user stories and deliver technical excellence.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience Level
- 1 to 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record with Java-based web applications and full-stack projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS services or comparable environments. Familiarity with Docker containers and Kubernetes concepts is desirable.
- Data & APIs: Experience designing/consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational databases (SQL).
- DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Jira, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools preferred.
