Associate Software Engineer

We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer with a strong focus on JAVA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). In this role, you will be instrumental in providing technical support, troubleshooting complex customer issues, and documenting effective solutions and best practices. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and customer service to ensure timely resolution of requests and bug reports.

Your responsibilities will include participating in the full software development lifecycle, encompassing analysis, coding, rigorous testing, debugging, and deployment. You will adhere to coding standards, including writing clear pseudo code, comprehensive comments, and effective unit tests. We encourage the development of modular solutions and proficiency in configuring and installing software components. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining ERP/SAP-MES integrations, supported by detailed installation guides. While dedicated to supporting rotational shifts, you will allocate approximately 30% of your time to core development tasks.

Furthermore, you will be involved in system-wide testing, monitoring system performance, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
