Associate Software Engineer

Role Overview

The Associate Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and releasing applications that support the organization's technology solutions within a clean office environment in Hyderabad. This role involves participating in product design, enhancing existing systems, and contributing across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products/solutions and handle enhancements for existing systems.
• Contribute to SDLC with a focus on development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Maintain established coding standards using modern UI frameworks like AngularJS or React JS, alongside backend technologies.
• Create unit tests and automated scripts supporting test-driven development (TDD).
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot for code generation and review.
• Build rapid prototypes and proof of concepts to validate new ideas.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering is required, along with typically less than 2 years of experience. Candidates should possess proficiency in Java, Python, or other object-oriented languages, strong understanding of software engineering principles and data structures, and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies like RAG and AI agent development.
