Associate Software Engineer

Role Overview
The Associate Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and releasing applications that support our organization's technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Weighted Distribution):

• New product design/development & system enhancements: 55%
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) contributions including coding, debugging, and troubleshooting: 10% + 10%
• TDD practices with unit test development: 5%
• Coding assistants for code generation/review review (good to have): 5%
• Rapid prototyping/POCs: 5%
• Independent or collaborative work modes: 10%

Educational Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Level:Typically less than 2 years of experience developing products and platforms using UI or backend web technologies (Note: Input metadata suggests 2-4 Years, but the job description text explicitly states 'Typically < 2 years'.

Technical Skills Required:

• Languages: Java, Python, or other object-oriented languages.
• Frameworks: Modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
• Fundamentals: Data structures, testing methodologies, and software engineering principles.

AI & Advanced Tech Skills (Proficiency Required):

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Generative AI technologies
• AI agent development

Work Environment:This is a 100% on-site position located in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana.
