Associate Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an Associate Site Reliability Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our Pune, India team. This role involves ITIL processes, testing automation, and cloud experience. You will contribute to automation efforts, advance DevOps practices, and recommend DevOps tooling. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system problems, resolving test cases and job failures within SLAs, and supporting applications and infrastructure on the cloud. Experience with server patching, quality checks, and updating automation scripts is essential. You will also develop software tools, frameworks, and utilities for validation and verification. Collaboration with stakeholders, business teams, and developers to create test plans and cases is key. We require a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, proficiency in a scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby), strong knowledge of Selenium, MS Test, and API testing tools, and hands-on cloud platform experience. Understanding of Microsoft and Red Hat Linux servers is necessary, along with the ability to bridge development and production support. Preferred qualifications include experience with SRE practices, DevOps, CI/CD, Windows Servers monitoring and automation, multiple OS management (Windows, Linux), Jenkins, Ansible, post-deployment validation, and GCP for monitoring and cost optimization. Experience with ServiceNow, Playwright, UIPath, Terraform, Logic Monitor, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, JIRA, and Harness is beneficial.
