Associate Security Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Security Analyst to join our Identity Compliance team in Bengaluru. In this full-time role, you will play a critical role in supporting our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and SIAM platforms, bridging technical operations with security compliance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate, secure, and enterprise-aligned identity data while fostering automation, scripting expertise, and campaign management for identity lifecycle and recertification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Support & Operations: Provide day-to-day operational support for the SIAM platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and troubleshooting for system health issues. Manage user access/service account requests and assist in onboarding new applications and business processes into the Identity Compliance framework.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell, Bash, Powershell, Python) to streamline repetitive IAM tasks, reducing manual overhead and human error. Support integrations with security orchestration tools for enhanced visibility and response times, and propose efficiency improvements for platform configurations.
• Campaign Management & Compliance: Coordinate and execute periodic access recertification campaigns, ensuring timely completion and high data accuracy. Analyze recertification data to identify trends, outliers, and compliance gaps, and support audit activities by extracting reports and documenting controls.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Security Architects, and business stakeholders to align on IAM processes. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. 1-3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity is essential. Strong proficiency in Shell Scripting (Bash/Powershell) and experience with Python or automation languages is a plus. Hands-on experience with SIAM platforms (e.g., Radiant Logic) and knowledge of IAM core concepts (User lifecycle, provisioning, SoD, Principle of Least Privilege) are mandatory. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and audit requirements is highly desirable.
