Associate Scrum Master

Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and productive outcomes. Proactively identifying and resolving impediments at both team and organizational levels, you will escalate issues effectively to unblock progress. You will coach Product Owners and development teams on maximizing value delivery and optimizing backlog management. As a champion of Agile and SAFe principles, you will guide stakeholders through organizational transformation initiatives. Utilizing metrics and reporting, you will visualize team progress, identify trends, and facilitate data-informed decision-making. You will also play a key role in mediating conflicts and fostering strong collaboration, promoting a healthy and inclusive team environment. Guiding the organization in adopting and scaling Scrum, you will demonstrate expertise in large-scale Agile frameworks. Acting as a servant leader, you will empower teams while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Furthermore, you will develop and deliver training on Agile methodologies and tools, enhancing organizational capabilities. Partnering with leadership, you will refine Agile strategies and address systemic challenges to agility.
