Full Job Description
Accellor is seeking an Associate Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers to understand CRM needs and develop comprehensive, end-to-end solutions tailored to customer requirements within the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications, establishing development timelines and goals, and ensuring application stability and functionality through rigorous testing. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving bugs, maintaining application software security and integrity, and staying abreast of emerging technologies to guide the team in adopting new innovations. This is a permanent position with opportunities to work on exciting projects within industries such as High-Tech, Communication, Media, Healthcare, Retail, and Telecom, serving global brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to define CRM requirements.
- Develop end-to-end solutions for customer needs.
- Deliver customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
- Establish project timelines and development goals.
- Test application stability and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
- Maintain application security and integrity.
- Research and guide the team on adopting new technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant Salesforce Development experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with significant customizations on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in Force.com development, including Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce.
- Understanding of the Salesforce.com data model, including custom objects and junction objects.
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for design and development.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented development, design patterns, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Experience configuring and customizing Sales Cloud functional areas.
- SQL knowledge and understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schemas.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
