Job Purpose
The Associate Product Sales Manager for Supply Chain Finance (Channel Sales) in Kolkata, India, is tasked with leading the acquisition of SCF dealers and vendors and managing an asset portfolio within a specific geographic area. Key responsibilities include driving business development to achieve SCF AUM growth, overseeing the asset portfolio, ensuring credit and risk compliance, and generating revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Focus on the timely acquisition of SCF Dealers/Vendors requiring Supply Chain Finance solutions from a provided list of leads.
- Collaborate with the Business Credit & Risk team to assess SCF proposals and term sheets for Dealer/Vendor facilities.
- Adhere to defined Turnaround Times (TAT) for onboarding approved Dealer/Vendor clients to a ready-to-transact status.
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the Dealer/Vendor portfolio, driving asset utilization through continuous client engagement to foster SCF AUM growth while maintaining Risk and Compliance standards.
- Oversee collections for overdue or stressed accounts by actively engaging with Dealer/Vendor clients and seeking support from the Anchor Sales team.
- Cross-sell Current Account (CA) propositions to Dealers/Vendors and explore opportunities in Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Working Capital solutions within the Dealer/Vendor ecosystem to deepen relationships.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and the market landscape for SCF business. Innovate and customize SCF solutions for customers. Execute business strategies encompassing product customization, sales, and service delivery to meet SCF objectives.
- Manage Fintech and Business Correspondent Channels used for onboarding Anchor/Dealer/Vendor Programs under the SCF business.
Qualifications
Education: Graduation and Post-Graduation are required (Any field).
Work Experience
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain finance sales is required.
