Associate Product Manager

NxtWave is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Process Optimization to join its Control Tower (Business Strategy) team in Hyderabad. This role involves leading cross-functional projects to enhance internal processes, boost operational efficiency, and develop scalable business strategies. Ideal for an associate-level candidate with a product-focused mindset and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve business process inefficiencies.
• Transform business challenges into product or workflow enhancements and manage their implementation.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Establish systems for monitoring key process performance indicators (KPIs).
• Define and execute actionable plans, timelines, and workflows from high-level objectives.
• Analyze process data to recommend improvements that increase productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
• Assist the Control Tower in defining SOPs, optimizing funnel efficiency, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Conduct A/B tests and pilot programs to validate and measure the impact of improvements.
• Manage project communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in product management, product operations, process optimization, or business strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Notion, Excel, and BI dashboards.
• A proactive approach to execution and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Team: Control Tower (Business Strategy)
Location: Hyderabad
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
