Vbeyond Corporation is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. This hybrid role is perfect for individuals passionate about solving intricate challenges, leveraging data, and collaborating with engineering and compliance departments within the fast-paced fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful delivery of product features related to audit and compliance.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Maintain data accuracy and guarantee timely delivery of information during audit processes.
• Proactively address and clarify ambiguous requirements to drive project clarity.
• Monitor project execution and ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Product Management or Product Analyst role.
• Proven experience within the fintech industry, specifically in lending, payments, or regulated product environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with data, reports, and requirements documentation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and APIs is a significant advantage.
• Possess a strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-accountability work environment.
