InCred Financial Services is seeking an Associate Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience for its Andheri, Mumbai office. This role is integral to the company's product development, requiring a versatile product thinker adept at navigating a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include defining product specifications, collaborating with engineering and design teams for seamless execution, making data-informed decisions, championing the customer voice, and effectively managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Specification & Delivery: Translate user needs and business goals into detailed product specifications, one-pagers, and user stories. Collaborate with engineering teams, ensuring clarity in requirements for efficient development.
• Execution & Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and business units to ensure high-quality product delivery. Make strategic trade-offs to meet project deadlines and maintain a transparent product roadmap with clear delivery timelines.
• Data-Informed Decisions: Establish success metrics, oversee data instrumentation, and analyze post-launch performance to drive product iteration and demonstrate analytical benefits.
• Voice of the Customer: Gather and synthesize user feedback from various sources to deeply understand customer pain points and needs, building customer-centric experiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment on project goals, and communicate execution sequences effectively, fostering trust and delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A B.Tech/BE from a premier engineering institution is highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in Product Management within the fintech industry, preferably in lending.
• Experience building solutions for customer support or customer experience teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI for productivity gains.
• Ability to create no-code prototypes using tools like Lovable or similar.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel, with a basic understanding of APIs.
• Demonstrated structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of leading mini-projects independently.
• Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of demonstrable impact in previous roles.
