Our mission is to develop an Agentic AI platform delivering intelligent, scalable, and high-impact solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Associate Product Manager to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in consulting or product companies eager to grow in a high-impact position, contributing to the development of next-generation AI-powered products in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior product managers to shape product roadmaps and define key features.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and refine product direction.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to conceptualize, build, and launch user-centric, AI-driven features.
• Translate complex business needs into precise product requirements and actionable user stories.
• Utilize Figma or similar design tools for effective collaboration with UI/UX teams on wireframing and prototyping.
• Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously drive product improvement.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AI/ML trends, with a specific focus on the MRO and enterprise technology sectors.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• An AI-first mindset is essential.
• Master's degree, preferably from a top-tier B-school in India or internationally.
• Approximately 1-3 years of experience in consulting or a product-focused organization.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI models and Python programming is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of modern product development workflows and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
