Associate Product Manager
At Phenom, we are redefining the entire talent lifecycle through AI. As an Associate Product Manager, you will own the evolution of the Talent Experience (TXM), sitting at the intersection of human psychology and cutting-edge automation to help organizations hire faster, develop smarter, and retain longer.
Responsibilities
- Shape product vision for key pillars within the Phenom platform, translating high-level goals into an actionable roadmap.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to guide features through the entire lifecycle: Discovery, Prototyping, Delivery, and Global Adoption.
- Act as a bridge between users and builders, synthesizing feedback from Customer Success, Sales, and Support into prioritized backlogs that solve real-world talent hurdles.
- Conduct competitive research and customer discovery to maintain Phenom's category leadership in AI-driven HR tech.
- Define and track success metrics for features, including adoption, engagement, and workflow efficiency, using insights for continuous iteration.
- Identify strategic integration opportunities across the platform to ensure product area alignment with the broader Phenom ecosystem, driving synergy and maximizing customer value.
- Author high-quality artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and enablement documentation to keep global teams aligned and inspired.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping impactful software.
- Skilled in execution, managing dependencies, navigating trade-offs, and keeping sprints on track.
- Ability to discern customer needs from wants and a passion for solving the 'why' behind challenges.
- Comfortable using data (SQL, Excel) to tell stories and justify product decisions.
- Thrives in hyper-growth environments, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid adaptation to new data.
- Keen eye for user experience and a deep understanding of UX principles to create intuitive and seamless user journeys.
Bonus Points
- Experience in HR Tech, AI/Machine Learning, or B2B SaaS.
- Background in a startup or hyper-growth environment with a broad range of responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business.
