Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with founders to identify product and process deficiencies in live client operations.
• Translate operational issues into precise product requirements.
• Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and work closely with engineering teams.
• Analyze billing, claims, and operational data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Contribute to product design, feature prioritization, and release planning.
• Engage with internal users (operations team) and external users (clients) to gather valuable feedback.
• Monitor feature performance and propose iterative improvements.
• Drive automation initiatives across claims, reporting, and workflow processes.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, and working with data.
