About the Role
Join a dynamic Product Management group within IBM Infrastructure, Storage Division. This role offers significant experience and opportunities across both Inbound and Outbound Product Management functions. You will own product outcomes by collaborating with customers and market experts to define essential capabilities that drive their success and align with our business strategy. Work with peer product managers to shape and execute product and business strategies for the IBM Infrastructure, Storage portfolio, aiming to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
You'll partner closely with Design to craft intuitive user experiences through compelling narratives and well-defined requirements. Collaborate with Development to document requirements, manage the product backlog, forecast releases, plan iterations, and deliver high-quality products. Develop compelling demonstrations for sellers and sales engineers, and work alongside Client Technical Professionals (CTPs), sellers, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Expert Labs, and technology and business partners.

Required Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a reputable business school.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence, establish relationships, and build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Six months to one year of exposure to industry-leading enterprise agile planning or development tools (e.g., IBM Engineering Workflow Management, GitHub/GitLab, Aha! Portfolio Management, Jira).
- One to two years of experience in the Technology Industry.
- One to two years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in any industry or domain.
- Solid understanding of product roadmaps, end-to-end lifecycles, release cadence, and support processes.
- Experience with customer-driven usability and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- A strong drive for innovation and a commitment to creating data-backed solutions.
