About the Role

As an Associate (Tech) at BCN PEG CoE, you will apply specialized technical knowledge to product development for internal tools while supporting end-client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create responsive, user-friendly web applications prioritizing front-end excellence.
• Develop modern interfaces using React (with Vite), Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion for polished animations.
• Build Node.js back-end services and APIs; stand up simple apps independently.
• Translate design mockups into clean, reusable components.
• Collaborate with consultants to solve business problems via web applications.
• Evaluate emerging front-end technologies for adoption.
• Support work planning, solution design, and brainstorming initiatives.
• Maintain robust, secure code aligned with Bain's engineering standards.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a developer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and hands-on React experience using Vite. Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, modern front-end architecture, and Node.js is essential.

Good-to-haves: Familiarity with Vue/Angular/Svelte, Python background, AI/LLM tools awareness, database knowledge (SQL/Mongo), internal tool building experience.
