Description

This team is dedicated to enabling automation within Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. We support Amazon's Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by providing real-time and offline (image/video) data auditing services. A key contribution of our team is assisting fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy.

As an Associate in this role, you will review videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers. Your responsibilities will involve thoroughly understanding the video content and using your human judgment, along with available tools and resources, to accurately identify and mark product locations. This detailed auditing process is crucial for maintaining the high quality of stow operations within the fulfillment centers. This is an operational role where you will conduct precise and thorough video/image audits with a high degree of accuracy and speed to aid in defect reduction.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Review several hundred videos per shift and provide responses aligned with goals for accuracy (quality), speed (productivity), and adherence to acceptable practices.
• Adhere to pre-defined break schedules, aiming for 6.8 to 7 hours of active video review per day.
• For remote positions: Maintain a dedicated, well-lit workspace (table, chair, sufficient lighting) and ensure that work-related data is accessed only by you.

Candidate Expectations:

• Willingness to engage in a non-technical role for a contract duration of 6 months.
• Capability to audit jobs based on image, video, and text content.
• Proficiency in identifying details from videos that may be blurry or less sharp, requiring a high level of attention and focus.
• Adaptability to work towards incremental targets and goals for quality and productivity.
• Demonstrate fast implementation speed and consistent performance.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), collaborate with remote teams, and be an exceptional team player.
• Readiness to report to the office on specific days as required, particularly for remote associates.
• Willingness to enable laptop camera during virtual meetings.

A Day in the Life:

• Work within a 24x7 operational environment with rotational shifts.
• Each shift will be 9 hours, including scheduled breaks. Shift timings may change every 3-4 months based on business needs.
• Night shift allowance will be provided as per Amazon's applicable work policy.
• Weekly offs will be two consecutive days, on a rotational basis (5-day working week), subject to business requirements.

About the Team:

The Data Auditing Operations team provides essential human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities. Our primary objective is to enable hands-free active stowing through visual audits of videos and images. We review short video clips (typically 15-20 seconds) containing information about products being stored in fulfillment centers. Accurate auditing by our team significantly enhances the effectiveness of automated processes, directly contributing to maintaining stow quality at fulfillment centers. Associates are evaluated based on their performance improvements and receive coaching.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
