Associate – Level 1 – UX/UI Designer

RMgX Technologies in Gurugram, Haryana, is looking for an Associate Level 1 UX/UI Designer to contribute to the user interface and experience design for simple features. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in usability testing and design systems while supporting a dynamic product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for specific product features.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
• Assist in conducting usability testing sessions and meticulously document findings.
• Maintain design consistency by adhering to existing style guides and design systems.
• Support the team with essential asset preparation, including icons, typography, and color palettes.

Qualifications:

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 0.5 to 1 year of relevant UI/UX design experience, including academic projects and internships.

Skills and Knowledge:

• A strong foundation in design principles and an understanding of visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with usability principles and responsive design concepts.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
