Associate Lead

About The Role

We are seeking an Associate Lead - AI/ML Engineer (Python) for Pune Division. This role focuses on developing enterprise-wide search systems and models within the fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design algorithms to enhance indexing, query relevance, and accuracy in loan and insurance products.
• Create taxonomies and metadata models to optimize search outcomes for lending and wealth advisory clients.
• Develop production-grade ML systems for ranking, personalization, and recommendations using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent frameworks.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions involving vector databases, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and knowledge base management.
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude for practical business applications.
• Collaborate with product managers to build AI-enabled features utilizing CI/CD practices in production environments.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Experience (3-6 Years): Hands-on expertise in Data Science, Applied NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions. Proficiency in Python, SQL, feature engineering, and model deployment is essential.
• LLM & Vector Search: Proven experience with RAG systems, vector search architectures (chunking, indexing), and foundation models.
• Tech Stack: Strong background with Git/CI-CD pipelines. Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLFlow/Kubeflow is preferred.
• Pedigree & Age: B.TECH/M.TECH from Tier 1 colleges (IITs, NITs, BITS). Candidates must be below 28 years of age.
